This will depend on which month of the programme you're in. You can check how many cartons you'll need to order by scrolling up to the previous section which outlines how many meals you'll need, and when. Habitual meals are ordered in cartons, each of which contains 7 single-serve meals.

Before getting in touch about your discount code, please ensure you are using a new code. Each code is single-use, so it will no longer work after you've used it once. You will receive a new code from Xyla for each order.

We aim to ship orders same day, if placed Monday to Friday before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm, or over a weekend or bank holidays, will typically ship out the following business day. Please note that, during busier times, orders may take slightly longer to be sent from the warehouse. All orders are sent on a next day service, however please note that couriers do not guarantee next day delivery, so please contact the courier if you're experiencing issues with your delivery.
Damaged or incorrect orders will be replaced free or charge—in this case, please send a photo of the damage/incorrect order as well as your order number to xyla@tryhabitual.com.
Returns are not accepted on correct orders that arrive undamaged.

Given the constraints on global supply chains, we sometimes experience manufacturing delays with our meals. In this case, you may receive substitute meals from a partner company in your Habitual order. In the case that this happens, our meal shop will indicate that you will receive a substitute meal and include a link to our partner website where you can read about nutritional information and ingredients.
